The Lakeview House is located on beautiful Lake Buchanan, the first of the LCRA lakes in the Texas hill country. It is 60 miles northwest of Austin, 95 miles north of San Antonio, 200 miles south of Dallas, and 200 miles west of Houston. Much of the shore of Lake Buchanan is granite sand, which is ideal for a beach. The lake is so large that you will never feel crowded. Come stay with us and enjoy the serene Texas hill country, calming Lake Buchanan, and magnificent sunrises and sunsets.

Rates:
Fall & Winter Rates – Oct 1st – March 31st:
$175 per night – (Two night minimum stay)
$800 per week
$2200 per month
A charge of $25/night/person will be added for more than 10 people.
Spring & Summer Rates – April 1st – Sept 30th:
$225 $150 per night (two night minimum stay)
$1200 $1000 per week
A charge of $25/night/person will be added for more than 10 people.
Holiday Rates:
Easter weekend - $350 per night (three night minimum stay)
Memorial Day - $350 per night (three night minimum stay)
4th of July weekend - $350 $200 per
night (three night minimum stay)
Labor Day - $350 $200 per night (three night
minimum stay)
Thanksgiving weekend - $300 per night (three night minimum stay)
Christmas and New Years - $300 per night (three night minimum stay)
A charge of $25/night/person will be added for more than 10 people.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $85 per stay.

Pets are allowed in fence and on leash only. Not inside the house.
No smoking in the house please. – Smoking area outside.
Snow birds or winter Texans are welcome at The Lakeview House.
Call for special rates for long term rental. We also have 400 Square feet of storage for snow birds in the summer if they have long term rental in the Winter. Call for special rates.

*Charter a boat $350 7 hour tour/$200 4 hours
25’ Pontoon boat with driver/tour guide. Tour the dam from aboard our boat. Take a trip up the Colorado River and see the waterfalls where the eagles roost. Stop along the way and visit some of Lake Buchanan’s beaches. Pack a lunch and a swim suit and we’ll take you to see the sights on Lake Buchanan.
